Hmmm... I didn't enjoy the festival that much 'coz I didn't watch all the events and activities, all I did was just pass through those wonderful and amazing "payag". I'm so amazed of them of they're so creative to create a wonderful thing like those "payag". Every time I passed through there, it makes me keep saying on my mind that "damn! this is so awesome, how did they do these kind of thing.". So all I can say about the Festival is it's so great, even though I didn't watch the activities or attend nor participate.
